Went above and beyond the call of duty

I was in the market to purchase a property to convert into an assisted living home.  The financing was done through an SBA loan and this can make things very challenging for a realtor.  Carly went above and beyond the call of duty to meet the stringent guidelines required by the bank and the SBA so that the transaction closed smoothly.  She also took the time to learn about the assisted living business and my needs as a buyer.
